What is breathwork?

Breathwork is one of the most powerful neuroscientific tools we have for improving concentration, managing stress, optimizing health, and guiding our spiritual advancement.

The average person takes 25,000 breaths per day and isn’t consciously aware of any of them. The breath is the only function of the autonomic system that we can control and that is what is really special about it. The breath is the doorway to the systems and programs that run behind the scenes, the autonomic system, your heart beat, temperature regulation, the subconscious mind .

When you learn to breathe the way I will teach you, we are granted access to the parts of the mind that are normally locked deep away.

I teach a few different techniques , some are for modulating the nervous system, up regulating, down regulating, relaxation, meditation, and increasing C02 tolerance, but the one I’m focusing on right now , the most powerful modality that I’ve personally experienced is called transformational breathwork – this work has become my passion!

Transformational breathwork or somatic breathwork combines conscious connected breathing with scream therapy , subconscious reprogramming and me actively guiding you through the journey .
